Gameplay Basics

The goal of the tournament is to accumulate as many points as possible.

You do this by correctly picking the winning team in each of the games played during this year's season-ending college basketball tournament. Each correct pick earns points based on the tournament round, and the player finishing with the highest total wins the tournament.

This is a traditional, single-elimination tournament where losing teams are eliminated while winning teams advance to the next round. Sixty-four teams begin the competition and then half are eliminated during each round.

Deadline

You can make and change your picks as often as you like, before tipoff.

Tiebreak System

At the end of the game, if two or more players finish with the same overall point total, the following system will be used to break the tie:

1. Total Points in the final game
2. Most teams in final 4
3. Overall Pick Percentage.

Payments

All contest entries must be purchased via the Internet at www.sundaypickem.com.

Each contestant is allowed to purchase up to 4 entries.

The cost for one entry is $20.

Special: Purchase 2 entries for $30.

Each additional entry is only $15.
